Job Responsibilities:
◇ Cooperate with sales personnel to introduce products to customers from a technical perspective;
◇ Provide technical support, collaborative testing, and formula optimization to customers;
◇ Evaluate product performance, including comparisons with competitors;
◇ Internal technical product training;
◇ Cooperate with sales personnel to follow up on key projects or key customers;
◇ Responsible for the development of application technologies during the product development process, as well as tracking and providing feedback on the effectiveness and results of the product application process;
◇ Understand the technical characteristics of the product, provide customer solutions based on their needs, promptly resolve any application anomalies that arise, handle customer complaints, safeguard company interests, and improve customer satisfaction.
Job requirements:
◇ College degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, New Materials, or related fields;
◇ Fresh graduates or with more than 1 year of relevant work experience;
◇ Have experience in coating related fields;
◇ Accept training in chemistry, polymers, UV curable coatings, and related skills and knowledge;
◇ Strong independent work ability, outstanding adaptability, and team spirit;
◇ Able to accept business trips.
