Job Responsibilities:

◇ Responsible for product formula and process design and development;

◇ Responsible for the research and development, trial production, and optimization of new products;

◇ Responsible for formulating product technical standards;

◇ Responsible for confirming the formula and process for transitioning products from small-scale testing to mass production;

◇ Responsible for completing R&D sampling and product physical and chemical index testing;

◇ Responsible for tracking and supervising production processes, and participating in similar product analysis;

◇ Responsible for the quality of the testing process, and promptly raise and resolve any issues found;

◇ Prepare relevant test reports.

Job requirements:

◇   Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, New Materials, or related fields;

◇   More than 2 years of relevant experience;

◇   Experience in paint testing is preferred.
