Gathering together to summarize, a new chapter in the chronology of the beginning

Part 1: Annual Work Summary for 2021

As the spring sun gradually returns, everything begins to renew, and it is once again the time for the annual summary and commendation conference.

On the afternoon of January 21st, the company's 2021 annual summary and commendation conference was grandly held at the Huadu Country Garden Holiday Peninsula Resort Hotel.

At the meeting, the heads of each department made a profound summary report on the completion of their department's work goals in 2021, the achievements of their department's work, the current problems, and future development goals.

In the middle of the meeting, Wang Ruitao, the Vice General Manager of the company, put forward our expectations for technology. We need to implement and summarize from top to bottom, and provide feedback quickly. We need to improve our ability to handle problems flexibly, increase production efficiency and accuracy. In the new year, we need to unify our thinking, goals, and actions, and work together with the company to reach a new level.

Xu Hongwei, the Vice President of Sales of the company, also stated that we must provide truthful feedback on customer needs and opinions, enhance our professional abilities, think what customers think, and solve customer problems in a timely manner.

After the department heads reported, the company's general manager Yuan Huiya expressed sincere gratitude to all the hardworking employees. Mr. Yuan pointed out that we aspire to become the leader in special coatings in the country and even the world, wholeheartedly serving customers and doing everything possible to ensure their needs and stable production. We must keep in mind our mission: faster, higher, stronger. This is a climbing process where all employees have to twist into a rope and work together towards the same goal. In addition to enhancing our professional abilities and core competitiveness, we must also strictly demand ourselves. When making products and projects, we must do our best to achieve perfection, work together, and create a better future.

Part 2: 2022 New Year's Eve Gala and Annual Commendation Conference

On the evening of January 21st, the long-awaited gala officially kicked off after Mr. Yuan's wonderful speech.

Flowers welcome the advanced, applause sends models. At the party, the company held a grand commendation meeting for exemplary individual who achieved outstanding results in 2021, and awarded honorary certificates, prizes and bonuses. They have made tremendous contributions to the development of the company and are role models for everyone to learn from.

Beautiful and melodious songs, youthful and energetic dances, graceful and melodious solos of vertical and bamboo flutes, deeply moving sign language dance, guitar playing and singing, each wonderful and unparalleled program is captivating. The small games interspersed among them also make everyone forget all their troubles and dream back to their childhood. The exciting lucky draw event also created a lively atmosphere and continuous cheers on site. A party full of cheers and happiness, everyone toasting and exchanging glasses, singing and dancing. With the beautiful melody of 'Tomorrow Will Be Better' playing, the entire evening party came to an end.

Part Three: Rongchuang Amusement Park Children's Dream Journey

After the year-end summary meeting and dinner, on January 22nd, we began our journey of Rongchuang Children's Dream. Our friends walked briskly in groups of three or five in the fun filled Rongchuang Park, tasting the local cuisine that was mouth watering, enjoying various dazzling amusement projects, stimulating our senses and taste buds, as if we had entered a time machine. The time tunnel took us back to our childhood again.
